Its product line includes a water-based forging die lubricant that is graphite-free and smoke-free, cutting oil with Extreme Pressure (EP) additives, EP-fortified forming lubricant, and RANDER WAY slideway oil with anti-wear and anti-stick-slip additives. Also available are high-quality coolants with strong biostability in three types (including a synthetic type) and rust preventive oil in three types for corrosion protection.
A line of supporting products rounds out every stage of the metalworking process, including cleaning and fast-drying agents designed to remove stubborn oil, grease, or contaminants from cutting, turning, stamping, and metal forming operations. This breadth allows your facility to handle nearly all of its lubrication and metal-protection needs using 98Oils.
